Residence open 7 days a week!

Our student residence remains open weekends, offering 7-day residential services that enable students to enjoy the advantage of a family environment, and encourage stability while maintaining supervision and safety. Student residents, whether from distant regions of Québec or from abroad, enjoy a warm, family atmosphere during the week and also on weekends. The pace of life on weekends differs from during the week, but supervision and the family spirit remain constant.

All bedrooms are equipped with a sink, a medicine cabinet and, for each occupant, a towel rack, a locked wardrobe and a work table. Everyone access to the school's facilities (a movie theatre, co-ed living rooms, a gymnasium, an indoor swimming pool, outdoor grounds, a workout and weight room, a skating rink, etc.). They also have access to a wireless network, although it shuts down at 9 p.m. to limit excesses.

The girls' and boys' residences are located in separate wings of the school.

The girls' residence is equipped with individual showers and a bathtub in a private bathroom, along with a communal living room with a flat-screen television, a DVD player and a game console for the girls' exclusive use.

The typical Schedule of a weekday

  • 7:10 a.m. to 8 a.m. Breakfast
  • 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Regular school day
  • 3:30 p.m. Access to bedrooms - 1st snack
  • 3:45 p.m. Free time - outdoor activities
  • 4:15 p.m. Supervised study period
  • 5:10 p.m. Supper and free time
  • 6:30 p.m. Showers, free time, access to bedrooms, sports/supervised activities
  • 8 p.m. 2nd snack, showers
  • 8:30 p.m. Tidying the common areas
  • 9 p.m. Good night!

A well-equipped campus

The CNDA has a veritable campus situated on an immense green space. It contains the main building, which houses classrooms, residences for both girls and boys, and a dance school. The campus also features an outdoor skating rink, sports fields and courts (for soccer, rugby, basketball, tennis, etc.), and a sports complex with a gymnasium, a workout and weight room and an indoor swimming pool. The CNDA has access to all these facilities as well as Wifi, accessible all over campus.

Ovation Danse is a dance school located on the CNDA campus.

The team of dance teachers is remarkable for its dynamic spirit and commitment. Their stated mandate is to introduce students to a variety of dance styles through having fun and trying to push personal limits. Dance styles include Classical Ballet, Contemporary Dance, Breakdancing, Hip hop, Cardio-Hip hop and Salsa-Hip hop.
